    Thanks, Rob. I've beeb a big fan of vitamin c for many years now. It's interesting to see it has a place in this context as well.

    It sort of valildates my daily vitamen regimen: 1 multi, 1 Vit. C and 2 fiber tablets.

    Another good reason to take C. I always heard that C is vital for the elasticity of the skin, and the reason smokers are so wrinkled is because smoking destroys the C they consume. What a great vitamin! Thanks, Rob.
