 Gary Taubes Article in LHJ The only thing I didn't like was their list of good foods & bad foods. The only veggies they listed were spinach & carrots & lettuce, no broccoli or cauliflower, or asparagus, of brussels sprouts. And they listed a teaspoon of sugar on the good food list! How stupid! I'm not crazy about LHJ, but we get it at work, I look through it, see if any article looks readable, and check to see if I can convert any recipes to low carb. I'm glad I took the time to look at this one. It's a fairly decent article.

| Re: Gary Taubes Article in LHJ Good grief at that list. Maybe they thought they needed to include sugar because Gary argued rightly that hfcs is so much worse for health. Still, they missed the point, didn't they.
