Default Normal Weight Obesity

Found this at Science Blog. Some people who have "normal" weight and/or BMI may actually be considered obese due to having a high percentage of body fat, making them susceptible to Type 2 diabetes, etc.

For those of us who are doing low carb, and doing our best to lose fat, not just weight, we are really protecting ourselves. And just losing weight isn't necessarily going to improve our health, but losing the fat and increasing our muscle mass will. All the more reason to love this way of eating.
