They are a hoot, such as markets not stocking Atkins products because this WOE is a health risk! Gimme a break, as if sugar laden lowfat products are wonderful for you.

So now the grocery stock buyers are telling us what to eat???? Oh yeah that's good too.

Oh guys... you have to read the last adrticle in the sidebar, "The Lizard Spit Diet". Honest to goodness... If people would just eat HEALTHILY we wouldn't need to examine the spit of Gila Monsters to find ways to reduce the amount of sugar in the blood... H-E-L-L-O??? Here's a novel idea, STOP EATING SUGAR!!

In some ways, this may be a reflection of the fears that some of the manufacturers, etc., are feeling about lost market share of their core product lines. I doubt grocery stores are real happy with seeing sales of tried and true carb-laden packaged food fall off because of this WOE. They know people want the stuff, but they don't want to commit the shelf space to it, as it will encourage more people to do it, meaning more shelf space... etc. etc.

We're gonna have a food fight on our hands, and the winners for the low-carb business in the short run will be stores like Castus.

I think that everyone except the British are lucky in that they can buy low carb foods......we cannot get hardly anything here.

These stories are really stupid and we should get up some sort of petition to show just how many people LC helps.
