| Everytime I eat out and mention Adkins to my server, they have known someone who is eating low carb. The last time I mentioned Adkins to my server, after I had quizzed her on almost all the menu items ingredients, she told me 3 people who worked there were doing Adkins. I am just hoping that this WOE stays popular for a long time. I am at the point now in my life where I REALLY {shout it from the roof top}can see me eating like this the rest of my life.
