| I think that they make a good point about the LC products, but anyone who has lived an LC lifestyle for more than a week or so knows that these products are meant to be used in moderation and not as substitutions for the things that are being cut out of their nutritional plans. I still hate that they keep making it sound like you live off of fat and red meat alone. Neither clip showed a single veggie - unless you want to count that onion that was about to be sauteed in oil.
