I've been there! I didn't know they had an lc plate at the time though -- it was on my way to see my dad before he died.

It is quite a drive for me, though (2 hours?)

I lived for 20 years in Bremerton WA. Just moved to Oregon in February. I will have to look this place up when I travel up to Bremerton which I do about once a month.

About 6 - 8 months ago I posted on the old site about this restaurant. It is outstanding!! Portions are very large & their bread is like no other LC bread I've ever had. Everytime I go to Seattle, this is a "Must Stop".

I've also been to the Country Cousin in Centralia, but not since it went LC. For living out in the Boonies, we have MANY LC restaurants. Even in Raymond, WA.

I live very close to Centralia (about 20 minutes away). I am doing cartwheels I am sooo excited Country Cousins has added low carb to their menu! Their food and service is ALWAYS excellent.

Sharon ~ Since Centralia is right next to Chehalis maybe it would be worth a little extra time if you can swing it. Let us know what you think!

Oh Beejay ~ How exciting! I am in Oakville. Where's that, you say? Everyone says that..lol It is 2o minutes north of Centralia, just one exit before Centralia, then 15 minutes west. Next to Rochester, if you've heard of that.

Hmmmmmmmmm..... (((light bulb!!!))) Maybe a LC get together at Country Cousin? Can anoyone else meet?

Of course I know where Oakville Is! Everyone says the same thing about South Bend. (Is that near North Bend?) Maybe now that we're famous for these awful murders, people know more where we are.

I'm game to meet. I work full time, so Saturday's are best for me. Sounds like fun!

I used to eat there once in a while, but I haven't been since I started the low-carb life. I only live about 15 minutes away and will have to try it out in the near future. I'll keep you posted.

Weekends or evenings are both good for me!

I think it would be so awesome to meet! I could make it almost any Saturday until late October, then I'm planning a trip back east. If another time/day is better for everyone else, let me know & I'll try to work with you guys. Just say the word.

Crys you are practically at goal. Wow.

Another note for those of you who may get to Montesano. Gheppetos (not sure I spelled that right) Pizza has a low carb menu now! Haven't been ther but they advertised it on the radio. Also there is a new LC store in Long Beach, WA. Plan on going, will report back.
