I don't have one close to me, either, but I have eaten at the one in Canton, Mi...outside Detroit. Nice place, and good food.

But, I'm thinking, if their new promotion is successful, they will expand, and many new locations will pop up. And, other Mexican chains will join in. And, that's all good.

You know, come to think of it, I think there was one in Dallas, Tx when we lived there. Aren't they the folks that have the huge buffet very reasonably priced? Of course, back then I went in and CARB LOADED and felt ill!

I recently heard an ad for a local restaurant called Ragamuffins that has a low carb menu, complete with the low carb ice cream. One of these days I'm gonna have to go check that one out

Blessings!

Hmmmmm. There's one about an hour away in Rockford, IL. Might be worth an excursion!

You can already get a low carb magarita from BaHa Bob. It is a mix and has 1 carb per 4 oz serving. Comes in Strawberry, Regular and Dessert Lime. This mix is very good. BaHa Bob has a web site also
