| Well, I guess the exercise I am doing at Curves is going to REALLY pay off. It combines resistance WITH aerobics. I love it!!!!! LOL, I am a medical student, specializing in Preventative Medicine, lol. I sort of am a medical student, with all the reading I do, and am learning new things daily.
