....whatever. Most people won't even listen to them, instead, they will just pick up an Atkins book. This much coverage indicates low protein is turning heads anyway

that was a crappy article! Im so mad right now...How can people just lie......Did they research at all..did they talk to any LC'ers? Are they stupid?? well I know the answer to that one...sheeesh...IM so mad right now....I could.......Go eat an EGG.....LOL

Well...........I WAS going to have 5 steaks, 1 lb of bacon and 1/2 dozen eggs for dinner. For dessert I was going to eat a bowl full of whipped cream. But gosh, after reading that article, I'm afraid to eat any of that stuff. I might clog up my arteries. I guess I will stick with my salad, 1 Italian sausage in homemade spaghetti sauce and broccoli. Oh and I guess I should add the twinkies back to my diet.
