 LC pasta at The Old Spaghetti Factory Great news! The restaurant chain has introduced LC pasta at their locations! For some reason, they have decided not to advertise this and it isn't on the menu as of yet. There is a little sticker on the menu indicating that it is available, though. My husband works for OSF. There is NOT a surcharge for ordering LC pasta. Their sauces are wonderful and binded with Arrowroot. My husband has tried the pasta and says it is really good! Here is the nutritional info: Lunch portion: Dinner portion: Total Carb: 31 g Total Carb: 46.5 g Fiber: 12 g Fiber: 18 g Net Carb: 19 g Net Carb: 28.5 g Protein: 16 g Protein: 24 g This may not be for every day, or suitable for all stages of LCing, but a good choice if you have to get that Pasta craving fix. You can find out where a location is on www.osf.com. Unfortunately there isn't a location in all states.
