I have not had any time to visit LCE recently but I saw this this morning and decided to post it.

The most LC friendly city I have ever been to is Seoul Korea. Although they eat rice, the natives there don't eat bread, pastries, potatoes, or cereal. (They do eat rice). There are a lot of healthy vegetables available (spiced well). Fish, chicken, beef, eggs are all readily available, and fast food is much harder to find. One does not have to find a lc outlet to eat healthy there, just go to any restaurant or grocery.
