Here's an article from CBSNews about lc pizza:

Low-Carb Pizza

I read the part about "pizza in a bucket", and thought about the movie "The Jerk", where they are eating pizza-in-a-cup, and just had to laugh. Talk about life imitating art!

While it would be nice to have a delivery pizza option, I can make my own low carb pizza in the meantime. But pizza in a bucket just doesn't appeal.

Look in the "recipes" section in the links at the top of the page. Trina has a good crust and Kumus has a yummy pizza casserole.

I'm working on an LC pizza dough, but am off dairy for a while, so that one has been put on hold...

I totally agree with Charski. That quote about if you want to eat good foods, you can not cut the carbs is ridiculous. He should come to my house and eat my chicken parmesan. He would eat his words!
