I particularly noted the gentleman's long "time line" - a year. It's not surprising that he's come to see this as a way of life and even has tentative plans for maintenance.

Great story.... he didn't mention all the vegetables he now eats and loves I thought it was interesting, too, how he stayed at close to Induction level carbs for a year and I wonder whether he is going to find it very hard to jump back to 60g a day and eventually 100g. I hope like h*ll he doesn't find it too hard because otherwise he'll continue to be a big proponent of this healthy lifestyle!
