Great article Lez, but I think I'll stick with my current food sources. At Fortnum & Mason they carry a line of foods called Incredible Edibles (or something like that) made with bugs should you want to give it a try. Crispy cricket anyone?

I like the way the article reminded us that insects are a traditional human food. Apparently they were common fare for hunger/gatherer cultures. It seems there is a lot of lost knowledge in this area - I won't be trying them without an experienced guide.

Hmmmmmmm.... You always see people on here asking what they can use as a substititute for their favorite foods, pre-WOL.
