Very interesting indeed. It bothers me, however, that they continue to say, atkins is good only for a short term. I'm beginning to think they haven't read the book either! Why would you <span class="ev_code_RED">NOT</span> stay on it long term? Maintenance is the best part!
Oh well, at least they are trying to be a little more accepting of LC Change doesn't come overnight...LOL

The part about no long term studies of low carb always cracks me up. Where are the long term studies of low fat?

It's a real back door compliment to the Atkins approach: even though they can't get over thinking it's a terrible and unhealthy diet, they see it as something that will help these children.

As Shelley says, slowly but slowly, acceptance
will come.
