Did I miss where it said how much they took? This sounds promising!

The studies I have read said 4.2g a day.

Caplets (last I looked which was a few months ago...) will run you about $35-40 a month at 4gs a day. That gets expensive rather quickly.

If you go with a liquid CLA, the cost runs about $20-25 a month depending on brand.

I tried it for 2 months and dropped a few points of the fat % scale but I was also LCing and working out too so I do not know if it had any effect or not.

Thanks Wolfman. With everything else I'm taking, that is just too much for me!
