| The studies I have read said 4.2g a day. Caplets (last I looked which was a few months ago...) will run you about $35-40 a month at 4gs a day. That gets expensive rather quickly. If you go with a liquid CLA, the cost runs about $20-25 a month depending on brand. I tried it for 2 months and dropped a few points of the fat % scale but I was also LCing and working out too so I do not know if it had any effect or not.
