Goddess said I'd have to share if she started this so...My success for today was lunch. I went to Red Robin with friends who know I'm low carbing and suggested it because "they have great salads". So, I ordered a Cobb Salad which I love (bacon, avocado, blue cheese-what's NOT to love?)and when they brought it out it had this triangle of baked bread on it with this WONDERFUL garlicky, yummy aroma coming off it! Very tempting! I just picked it up and took a nice big sniff and set it aside. Yea!!! I sooo wanted a bite but I resisted and am very proud of myself!

Yay, Tracy! I think you did an excellent job, both of planning ahead and gracefully dealing with the unexpected twist in the road. That's a good one!

And next time you end up there, you'll know to ask for the salad without it...

I like this story. Why? Because it makes me remember to celebrate my successes.

I always think I will be successful when I get to goal weight. But guess what? I am already a success. I just happen to be a work in progress! LOL!
