Ok, now that you've had a good giggle (know I did) - WHAT is this about, you may wonder????? Well, feel free to check my blog here, it's been a weird rough week, but - (thank you Aerosmith) I'M BAAAAAAACK!!

And that, more then anything is my success - knowing that poo hits the fan and we aren't always Super People - we make mistakes, bad food choices, fall by the way side (which side is way on, ever wonder???) - but we are also STRONG, we can pick ourselves up, learn from the flying poo (no, really, it flew!) and do the best thing ever . . . FORGIVE OURSELVES.

So, in that spirit, I share my success - I'm NOT giving up, I'm NOT giving in . . . I'm back, I'm stronger and I'm learning - more and more each day!!!

now, pass that steak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
