| I did three days of a fast last week, and have been eating on track since... mostly salads and a a veggie/beef stew mix... not wanting to blow it and have been staying away from snack foods... I am at 19 carbs for today, dinner will be a salad and 1/2 of a boneless huge porkchop (approx 5 oz) ![]() ![]() ![]() getting there. c
