The tough thing for me at the moment is cutting back on Coke Zero. I absolutely love it and have cut back from 4-5 cans to one a day. It is my "treat" in the evening. Lots more vegatables and plenty of beef though, I am a happy camper! Thanks for all the great stories here and support. Rick

| Rick-Great to hear about your progess, even if it isn't quite as fast as you'd like. (And when is it ever?) I can relate to the exercise issue-both that I do much better when I am, and that I get kinda lazy about doing it. It's pretty much an on/off thing for me. Right now, I'm focusing on eating well, and plan to pick up on the movement as I go. But hey, regardless of where you're at, all progress is GOOD progress! Thanks for sharing yours with us today. I love to hear about how people are moving forward.

| Rick I think you are making great progress! It does seems its not as "fast" after the first time for me too. I had to smile when you wrote "Lots more vegetables and plenty of beef though, I am a happy camper! " I mean honestly how much better can a diet get than one you can eat plenty of steak etc!

| Nice to hear that you are making good progress Rick! Since you are on a roll now, it should be easy (relatively speaking) to just keep on. Yes plenty of meat and veggies makes this woe very doable for me.
