    Default Smaller clothes size

I got out some clothes that I hadnt been able to wear in quite sometime just to try them on because the ones I had been wearing were really baggy. I was shocked when I tried on clothes 2 sizes smaller and they fit.... I happily got them all out and replaced them for the baggy items I had been wearing. The scale may not move as fast as we want but the inches are still shrinking and today was proof of it. I was so excited. ......I gave all the larger clothes away today...I dont want them hanging around for the just in case I gain a little back thing...This is a way of life and not a diet..I will never go back again....

That's awesome!! Good that you gave all the big stuff away, too! I am waiting to go shopping in my own closet. I've lost several inches (almost nothing in pounds) but am still in the same size clothes.

    Way to go!

That is wonderful! I have been going down in sizes too, and in fact, have not stepped on the scale in a couple of weeks now. You see it works and it works good. I am so happy for you!!!!

Congratulations!! I arrived at what I consider my ultimate last weekend. I bought a pair of size 6 jeans. Shopping for clothes in a smaller size whether in your own closet or at a store is the best positive reinforcement for sticking with your eating plan.
