Talking Progress is a good thing ...

Since March 11 I have gone from a tight size 18 at 190 lbs. to a size 16 with some extra room at 175 . My work outs in the gym have gotten easy enough that I have increased my weights and resistance. I'm up to 20 reps of a 40 pound bench press. I do weighted squats now instead of just using my own body weight. And even better is the fact that my Honey has lost about 20 lbs along with me.

YAAAAAAAAY !!!!

Congratulations! That's terrific!

I like that you're celebrating your progress. It shows such a positive frame of mind.

Keep up the good work.

Best,

I'm quite happy with it .. at this rate I will be healthier long before I am at my goal weight and I'm ok with that. weight isn't my primary motivator.
