| Interesting, Sharron! DH & I took a 45 minute brisk walk this morning since it was....only around 78-80 degrees! Wow! And that's late July in Texas! But, I carried a bottle of water with me, so I think I'm okay. It did calculate me a little more than 1 oz. for half my body weight, which is what our "rule" here is generally. (It is taking into account the temperature where you live, by city or zip code.) Neat!

| I usually do about 85 minutes total and during the course of the day I drink around 110 oz of water--and that is in addition to anything else I drink! According to that calculator I need 113oz a day! I suspect I am getting all I need! That is cool though!

| They have me at a gallon a day. I try to get 1 1/2 times that, so I'm good. |
