 at the market passing by a gentleman, I hear "mmm, 3 carbs" I do a quick turn around and said "Atkins?" "yep" "induction?" "OWL" "those carbs are ok" "thanks, have a good weekend" "you too" and find my daughter giving me the o-O look "you guys are like a cult, you have your own language!" silly moments in our day!

| Re: at the market I wonder....if someone NOT in "the know" overheard one of us say:"I'm back in ketosis now", would they think ketosis is a suburb of our city and we just moved back? Or would they be thinking that ketosis is a new-age religion, and we've just returned to practicing it? Or, maybe they think ketosis is a state of being, like remission from cancer, and they just don't realize it IS A STATE OF BEING....a fat-burning state! Who knows?
