SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, What did everyone think about Survivor last night?? Wasn't that great that the women won first immunity? Some of those girls look like they were taking it pretty easy while the sleeping hut was going up - but they knew how to take care of the boys during the race!

It was GREAT! I loved it and I'm SO glad it's Survivor Season again!

The girls whupped those boys' hineys...took their egos down a couple pegs too.

It will be interesting to see how it develops!

For some weird reason, I had a feeling that Tribal Council would be a surprise vote. I couldn't really figure out why Brook was voted off, have any ideas?

I heard rumor that there is going to be some "same sex flirtation" this season. I heard a radio personality talk about it being a couple of the girls, but the paper hinted at the guys. That's new....and having an amputee is new....and having a 5.7 (on the Richter scale) earthquake is new, too! The paper also said it happened during filming and some of it was "caught on tape". Survivor NEEDS some new stuff to keep it fresh and interesting, after 8 seasons!

Now that Big Brother is winding down, I'm glad to have another contest to watch. Susie, I think Brook was too over-zealous with his "let's vote off the weakest link" thing. The guys were disappointed with Chris' efforts during the challenge, but I think they were more irritated with Brook than Chris in the end.

That silly old woman on the ladies team sure was talking alot of smack about the younger girls....then those same girls had to drag her old butt out of the mud pit. No matter what your age, being that age has it's advantages and disadvantages. Agewise, I'm kinda in the middle (40), so I can see both sides.

I'll check back here after the next episode!

I couldn't believe when the older lady wanted to stop on the way to camp "to get to know each other"! Get your butt to camp!! You will probably get to know the others more than you ever wanted to as time goes by. LOL

Wow...I was sorry to see the girls lose immunity challenge......looks like some of the girls were surprised to see Dolly sandbagged....and after see thought she was in the middle!!!

Anyone know why they are having a double vote-out next Thursday? I wondered if it was just a twist in the game or if neither team completed a challenge....hmmmm.

I'd like to see Scout gone on the girls tribe, and the red haired guy on the guy's tribe. Dolly did the same thing that the deaf girl did on the Amazon Survivor: she didn't pick a side and BOTH sides felt threatened by her. After all the boo-hooing she did, I was kinda glad to see her go. What do they think it's going to be like out there? This show is in it's 9th season....get a clue already! LOL!

Yeah, I thought Dolly was waaaay to whiny to be on the show, and was glad to see her voted off for that reason. I love this show.

I am so glad that trouble making girl got voted off last night! What a snob she is!! My poor girl from Maine (julie/julia?) appears to be needing a new alliance. Hope she is smart enough to join up with the "older" girls!

I was thrilled that Mia got voted off - what a b*tch she was --- all the eyerolling and screaming! I wanted to slap her upside the head a time or two myself!

They were all sure surprised by the immunity challenge coming so soon, and of course by the "two people are leaving tonight" announcement.

I was really hoping Rory would go, he drives me almost as crazy as Mia! LOL!
