Has anyone ever heard of this or had any experience with it? I have a friend who takes it and TOTALLY swears by it... that it has helped her w/her blood sugar problems and overall mood. To me it sounds like it's done for her what ACV has done for a lot of people on this site. Unfortunately, the ACV did not work for me, so I'm thinking of giving the Juice Plus+ a try. But, thought I'd ask all you wonderful people about it to see what you know and/or have experienced.

I've heard of it and think it's one of those products that does far more to lighten your wallet than it does for your health. My friend was taking it and thought it did great things for her but then again, her diet at the time was so crappy that just about anything half way healthy would have done good things for her.
