Well, it was interesting to see all that extra footage. Didn't make me like Lisa any more. Made me like Kelly Mac a little less for poking fun at Mo for being afraid of the water. When I was in my first year of college I took beginning swimming. I could swim fine but knew no strokes. Well, there were levels and there was a teacher that took the class that had never been in teh water and it took him a week to put his face in...fear of water is a very real thing.

Well, back to the subject at hand. I never saw them in the pool before so it's nice that they had that option as well.

Kelly Min in her early tapes looks so different. They all do but tonight she really stood out to me. So at the end they were saying "in two weeks"...does that mean no BL next week? Oh the horrors.

I think Gary will definitely get to his goal weight at home. His wife seems so supportive.

I really hope Mo does well, I have my doubts. He needs this the most but he just can't get into the healthy lifestyle. Did you see his face when he was eating that salad?

Well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

The extra footage was interesting, but you're right, it didn't help endear you to people by watching them talk about the other contestants behind their backs.

Still voting for Gary or (Kelly?); however, if it's just about weight %, I think it will be Ryan.

Yeah, like you guys I enjoyed seeing the extra footage, but I'm ready for new show content. It does seem like there will be no show next week - trying to build it up I guess!

I about cracked up when they showed Bob tasting all the temptations sitting around the house. Esp as he's telling us not to graze during the holidays! I guess everyone has that demon with the forbidden foods!

Amazing to me to see the weight loss and changes in faces and arms! I still don't see how they haven't lost more with the amount of exercise they are doing! Anyway. The next show is in two weeks. We'll see then because it is the finale.

Peace, Peg

The finale is January 11th, not in two weeks, and it's live. Should be exciting. In two weeks, January 4th, they will have another elimination but not the final one.

Yeah biddy, it was hilarious to see Bob keep sticking his finger into that pie and going after the candy as if his life depended on it.

I guess I'm still rooting for Gary as well. Though I would hope that it would be Gary, Mo and Kelly in the final three I am guessing that won't be the case since Ryan is so far ahead of everyone. Alas, life without BL, soon to be a reality.

At least my fav show (24) will be starting the 9th so I have that to look forward to when BL is gone.

It WAS interesting to see the behind the scenes stuff. Mo's face was priceless when he was eating something GREEN!!!! I sure hope he has learned to appreciate healthy foods. I know when I started cutting out the junk, the other stuff tasted so much better to me. I couldn't stand celery almost 2 years ago, now I panic if I'm out of it!!!! LOL And cherry tomatoes taste like candy to me now. It's interesting how your tastes change when you get rid of the garbage.

Yes, I still can't stand Lisa either. She just really creeps me out.

Everytime they showed Bob eating candy, I just kept thinking, "Well, you can afford to have sugar once in awhile, you're a lean, mean, muscle machine." His metabolism can handle it. (the bugger)

I prolly won't be posting the next 2 days, lots of partying to do. Have a GREAT Holiday everyone!!!!!!!

Just a reminder to the fans of this show.....according to the ads I've seen, the finale will air Tuesday, January 11. Noel mentioned another elimination show will be on the 4th.....THAT will be interesting: setting up the "final three' for the finale.

I agree with Noel....I hope Mo, Gary, and Kelly are in the final three, and I hope Gary wins. Even if he doesn't win, he's already a winner: he's back in shape, has a beautiful wife and kids, and a heart of gold. Go, Gary!

I can't wait until tomorrow night. I'm excited to see Drea.

Wow! I was shocked they voted for Moe. I just figured they'd keep him to help their own chances. I bet their families will be so shocked to see them walk in the door. They all look so different! Esp Ryan and Kelly - since their family hasn't seen them at all. It was neat to hear Mo is still trying to lose weight - I really hope he continues. Looking forward to the finale!

I was shocked that Moe was voted off too. I really like all four of them. I had tears in my eyes throughout the whole show, just seeing them all do so well and knowing the kinds of things they have struggled with their whole lives. I cant wait till next week to see how their families react to the new them. And I cant wait to see the others who have been voted off. Drea looked stunning tonight!!! WOWO!

Did any of you catch the picture of MO at the end of the show???? HOLY SMOKES!!!!!! He was lookin GOOD!!!! I was sad to see him go. Bless his heart out there running along side his students. GOOD for HIM!!!! I thought for sure they would vote off Kelly. Next week will be so intense!!!! I will be sorry to see the show end and will look forward to the next one. I thought it was a hoot how they treated the trainers. But payback was he**. I just LOVE this show!!!!!! I have a feeling Gary will win. I"d be VERY okay with that, he's a goooood guy!!!!!

I loved the Mo photo as well. Another 20 pounds. Good for him. I hate to say it but that actually surprisd me. I'm so glad he proved naysayers like me wrong.

I still don't know how they are going to do the final vote. Will it be strictly by weight or will they do a survivor/big brother thing and everyone vote? And if everyone votes then they probably already did so they could do it before they watched the shows.

Oh, I am so excited to see the show next week. But sad that it will be the last one for a while until the new crew comes along.

Of the three, I definitely want Gary to win. He just looks so amazing I can't believe it.

It will be fun to see their families reactions next week. Gary's have an idea but Ryan's wife will just be floored.
