| A couple of weeks ago, my sister and I were making the rounds of all the Walgreen's stores to find some stuff she wanted. Digging through the Clearance shelf, I found 2 bottles of Co Q-10 (50 mg.) Walgreens brand. I don't know what it cost originally, but the reduced price was $23.99, another sticker was $11.99, and the price I paid (last sticker) was $5.99 per bottle. There are 60 capsules in the bottle. I've been taking one capsule per day since around the 1st of this month. Maybe that's why my appetite seems "suddenly" under control..... Today, at Kroger, I was checking out the "Diet Foods" aisle, and saw a Buy One, Get One Free tag on some Nature's Bounty brand Apple Cider Vinegar Tablets. Just so happens I had a $1 coupon for any Nature's Bounty product, so I decided to get them. That's $5.99-$1.00=$4.99 for 2-200 ct. bottles of ACV tablets. They are 300 mg. per tablet. Says 2 tablets are equivalent to 1 tsp. of Pure ACV. Right now, I'm scoping out past threads about ACV to see if the tablet form of ACV is as effective as the liquid. I only wish I could get a "deal" on some Multi-Oil at GNC! Is it possible to be taking too much stuff? This is a list of my daily supplements: Multi-vitamin w/Lycopene 1 B-complex 1 Coral calcium 2 Magnesium 1 Co Q-10 1 Glucosamine 1 Multi-Oil (contains Fish Body Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Flax Seed Oil, Wheat Germ Oil,Evening Primrose Oil, Borage Oil, Black Currant Oil, and Carob Extract.) 3 (now)ACV 2 and digestive enzymes (amylase and lactase) as needed. That's a dozen pills/tablets not including the enzymes. I've never had any bad reaction to any of them. I usually take them at night, before bed with about 24 oz. water. Is there anything canceling anything else out and do I need to take anything else? Thanks in advance!

| Gosh, Maxi, I am no expert on this. But I do know that Diet Power tells me DAILY to DEcrease my intake of Vitamin B-12! Duh. The only vitamin B-12 I am taking is in my one multi-vitamin tablet. I guess the B-12 in the foods I eat push me over the top. So I am wondering about your extra B-complex tablet. Also, I take 2 magnesium to help with leg cramps. With one I still got the cramps. Two works. I also add Potassium . . . about 4 tabs/day. Next trip to doctor I am going to ask about a prescription so I can just use 1 pill to give me most of my potassium. Plus, I also add L-Carnitine and L-Glutamine. I take one of each before each meal. Also . . . chromium piccolate I, too, take calcium, CoQ-10 and Omega 3. Lotsa pills. Lotsa bucks!

| Maxibee- I don't think you're taking too many supplements. I think the only ones that can be dangerous are A and D which can be stored by the body and high levels can be toxic over time. CoQ10 is helpful for the body's energy production and has been found to reduce blood sugar in diabetics. |
