They found that patients with early Alzheimer's disease may be unable to smell certain odors, including strawberry, smoke, soap and cloves.

| Re: smell test may predict alzheimers Increased eye pupil dialation (e.g., increased sensitivity to the drug opthamologists use in eye exams) is also thought to be an early indicator for Alzheimers.
