Tks all, yes Rob I will party thru the weekend, why not we have a day off on monday... long weekend at that.
The day started great, went to gym, did my water aerobics,
went to work, my department (all three of us) went out to lunch - jasons deli for salad bar for me
Dinner was a gathering of friends at a favorite mexican rest.... but restuarant was not prepared for our party, I even called them and told them about how many we were having in the party... they couldn't handle us, and the three other partys that night... we got there at 6:30, I was the last to be fed at 8;30... was mad as he__ and probably won't be back there sad tho,
anyway, my food for dinner was :
grilled chicken breast with grilled onions, mushrooms, cheese and a chipolte sauce - had them keep the rice and beans and just give me some salad with ranch dressing... I was not going to eat any chips, but with an almost 2 hour wait, I did sucumb to about 15 chips and hot sauce, but they fit into my daily totals with out going over so that was nice.
About 10 of us came back to the house for decaf coffee, and Mada's lc cheesecake that my best bud linda made for me... it was so good... and I only had one piece (putting the rest in the freezer tonite so I don't pig out on it - only about 4 pieces left.)
Food wise it was a great day, friend power, exercise power, and just the knowing that I don't have to eat "junk" to enjoy myself and my friends.

Having this site has really helped me keep going when I would have quit a long time ago, Tks Andrea, Rob, Kim, Maxi, gilly, maggie, april, cushie etc. al,
A family of people that keep me happy, healthy and in line ....

We had a special for employees - 30 anniversery jackets for the Austin city Limits production - jackets were wonderful fleece, pockets and special embrodery....the m, l and xl were 40 dollars, and xxl was another 15 dollars, so I ordered the XL, I did a happy dance, they came in and i tried it on, and it fit, a little tight, but I am glad I didn't order the xxl....

sounds like you did GREAT! wow... after 2 hours only had 15 chips and salsa? you are AMAZING..*L*... i always had to take my MEAL home in a take out because i would go through so many chips/salsa...
i am STILL a little leary of my ability NOT to do that... so i havent gone to a mexican place in ages.. you gave me the confidence to go out and give it a try.. THANKS! GOOD CHOICES..
