| I am thinking of trying the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet. Since LC works so well for me, I'd like to try a combined approach, but not sure I can pull it off since DASH calls for several servings of low-fat dairy products, lots more fruit, etc. I'd hoped just losing weight would fix the blood pressure but, although it has helped, I'm still fighting. I really hate to add more drugs if I can avoid it. Has anyone tried the DASH diet? Any feedback about success/failure? Any suggestions for helping to LC it? Thanks, Aderyn |

| I've never heard of it, Aderyn. Could you get by with a l/c yogurt and berries? Most yogurts are made with lower fat milks anyway.....sorry I couldn't help!
