Default Crystal Light in single servings

Has anyone tried this yet? I got mine at Wally World. I use one packet in my 32 oz water bottle. It gives it just a little variation from just plain old water. There are only 5 calories per packet. I have tried the lemonade, raspberry and the ice tea and love them all.

i've tried em.. i HAVE em in my purse at all times... but hardly ever use em... might more in the hot summer as that approaches ... but i used em last summer and found that the PACKETTES have ASPARTAME while the LIQUID bottles have splenda...

so when i DO drink em... its usually the bottled ones... not bad..if ya like that sorta stuff... but i much prefer unsweetened ice tea (green now for sure!) and not alot of sweet tasting drinks....i would NORMALLY much rather have a cold bottle of plain water...

right now i DO love the energy drinks made with splenda... more tart than some of the crystal light stuff.. i like little cans of adrenaline rush by sobe... (sugar free... ) and the energy drink that has SOUTH BEACH friendly on it... (splenda too..) and i believe THAT was sobe too..in a big bottle..(20 0z maybe?)

i drink one before walking...

I was just looking at these in the store a couple days ago debating on whether to buy them. I think they would be nice to have in an "in case" situation. Nice to hear they actually taste good. That was what stopped me, not knowing if the flavor was the same. I know it's just smaller packets but you never know.

They are called "On the Go" and come in little tube-type things. Kim's right: the regular tubs of Crystal Light and the "On-the-Go" tubes are sweetened with aspartame, and the ready-to-drink is sweetened with Splenda. I think it's because Splenda is not heat-sensitive. Aspartame (Equal, Nutrisweet) both break down in heat.

BTW-at one time, WalMart was carrying their own brand of the little packets. Much cheaper.

I usually get the wallmart brand also, I like the peach tea, I will make a pitcher and it usually last me all week, maybe have a little glass a day, with lunch or dinner, or non at all, gives me somethingto drink besides water... don't like the other diet drink (coke, sprite, 7up, etc.)

I have been trying to stay away from diet pop. I was thinking that it would be okay to order water at a restaurant and add my crystal light to it. I can't stand unsweetened tea so I think this would be a good alternative.
