i was thinking the exact same thing! ... then i went back to try to "trick" the game ...
and there aren't many options b/c all #s from 1-10, when multiplied by 9, then add the digits together = 9.

Thanks! There was a really good card game that I had sent to me last year that really had me stumped for a while until DH figured it out. I'm not sure if I still have it saved though. I'd love to find that one again.
