I've been watching the Biggest Loser and My name is Earl too and they are so fun. My dh is getting into them too. Lost is on tonight and dh records it since I'm at church with the kids. That is so great that you exercise during the show Maxibee! wow!

I almost mentioned Earl last week. If it didn't follow BL I might not have gotten so into it though I have always enjoyed Jason Lee.

I did see BL from start to finish...finally.

The first temptation challenge with the calories was tough. Suzanne was so off and pushed her way, the other girls sure complained after but they really didn't have to use her numbers and they should have fought for themselves more. I guessed 2600 calories so I was still a bit farther away than the men.

When Dre came on it was inspiring. OK so my one friend says she works out 4 hours a day. Which I do not do but she is still keeping it off and working hard. I checked her blurb on the web site and she says she works out two hours a day every day.

I was really rooting for the women in that fridge challenge. They really needed it. When they watched the videos it made me cry just a little with them.

Suzanne looked awesome. I have to admite I thought she might be one that would not keep it up. I'm betting that with the endorsment deal that they have with 24 hour fitness they probably give them a lifetime membership or some perk like that. But you still have to get your butt in to work out. I was thinking that now she has to whip that fiancee into shape.

I love the BL NBC site. They have a where are they now section, if you haven't seen it you should check it out if you were a fan last year. Amazing before and after pix.

Yeah early in the game but I like Jen for the girls because she seems to haev the least amount of conflict and is doing so well. Guys, I think Matt, is that the wrestler's name, will go far as well. He is a great motivator.

Gary is yummilicious. Now he is as good looking as his wife remember her?

i tivo'd the show... and then watched it... amid alot of distractions.. then for reasons i cant figure DELETED it instead of leaving it so i could watch it when the kiddos went home..

at any rate... i'm thinking that the lady HOSTING the show looks SO unhealthy... her face seems so bloated looking... it makes me want to tell HER to join in with the others ...

i was ALSO surprised that the one voted off did so well... she looked great... its going to be very special for her to wear the dress of her DREAMS for the wedding... but more importantly.. she will FEEL great in whatEVER she ends up wearing... and THAT you cant put a price on..
memories for a lifetime..thats what she's getting outta the deal..

Yeah, last year I thought Caroline Rhea was an odd choice for a show like this but I think they used her so the players would not get too intimidated by a skinny minny host. She's always been a little on the heavier side (for Hollywood). I guess she can show them compassion. Though it's not like she is around them a whole lot so I don't know.

Yes, I don't see a woman winning sipmly because when they end up combining the teams the men have such comradery that they would be hard pressed to vote off one of their own. Though they would be forced to if there were two men that had lost the least that week.

I'll say it again as well that I was pleasantly surpised and proud of Suzanne for stickng with her new lifestyle. She is going to have a beautiful wedding dress, one she dreamed of.

I really tried to get home from visiting my mother's friends in from out of town on time. I left her place at 6:20 but my aunt caught me and I had to go into the house to see her mother-in-law. So I missed the first 15 minutes.

I did see the second challenge. I was thrilled for Andrea proving herself but when she bumped that guy on the steps she didn't have to be so rude. Of course he didn't have to be shadowing her like that but she could have rose above it. I guess she was relaly peeved about being chosen. But she kicked butt.

My poor Jen. She was my favorite among the girls so second is Suzy. She's a cry-baby but sometimes I can be as well and I am sure that this is a very emational game.

Jen looked good. She had so much to lose so I didn't expect her to be extremely thin like Suzanne but she looks healthy. Especially in her face. She has a glow. 72 pounds total lost for her is awesome.

Matt eating at 1:12am was shocking. He is such a force on that team. He's a great cheerleader and motivator. I'm glad he admitted to it and said he needed to follow Jillian's plan to a tee so Jillian didn't have to call him on it and say "see you need to do what I say"

That big guy, Pete, can you believe his losses? It's like he had WLS or somethnig. I figured he'd lose bigger because of his size but dang. I thought they would have picked him to do the stairs. Or the doctor, Jeff, I think the girls were being nice not choosing someone that would struggle as much.

Oh and I don't really remember all these names I always open http://www.nbc.com/The_Biggest_Loser/ so that I can double check the players when I talk about them.

I totally agree, Noel. I was shocked when they chose Dave for the stairs, but then I figured it out: they thought he would be more tired since he was up early and working out so many extra hours. Seems they were right.

And choosing Seth to sit out. Interesting. It looked like the right choice until Pete knocked everyone's socks off! Wow! About 3 weeks of that man's losses and I'd be at goal! LOL!

BTW- I love Bob. He's on my top 10 list now. WHAT an honor!!

I was glad too to see that Matt didn't hide his eating. He knew what he did and admitted it which made me proud! I'm not sure if I would have been so strong to admit it :(. I felt his pain about eating when other people aren't around.

Does anyone know how they can lose weight so fast and not have lose skin? Is it all due to all the exercise and weight training they do? I'm working on the weight machines as well as cardio. I'd love to know this secret!

They do work out a lot. But the men seem saggy to me when they are weighing in because they remove their shirts.

On the web site they have the trainer's programs.

When I win the powerball tonight (I bought one ticket, that's all it takes) I will build a house with an extensive gym and have Bob come live with me for a year.
