How about some really bad poetry. I have been reading some of your journals, and now here is some poetry about y'all.

If you don't want to sob
Read the journal of Rob.
He's very upbeat
About what you should eat.

Think out of the box,
Read the journal of Fox.
A journal so peachy
From someone so beachy.

You can't get more fond o'
The journal of Rhonda.

For lowcarb advice uncanny
Go read the journal of Franny.

It's never icky
To read the journal of Vickie.
She's got a great life
Because she's Vern's wife.

Read the journal of little HeyKim
Smile along as we all get so slim.

Whistle (or hum) a melody
As you read the journal of Felonee.
