| Thanks April...this one shows I'm only 5 lbs. above goal. A much more realistic number than what I found previously.

| Interesting. This showed that my goal could be almost 40 lbs more than what I originally thought. It's a number I can shoot for without thinking it will take forever.

| Nice find April. Cannot believe that the medical recommendation for me was 127 to 167. 127 is impossibly low for me or any other 5'9" male.
