    I wanted to thank you all for the Birthday greetings. I took a trip to Maryland for a wedding...a Nigerian wedding...it was a *tearjerker*...I am still between sizes so I wore a blue pantsuit which had a tuxedo type shirt. I got a lot of compliments...considering I am still to self conscious to wear a dress...so...your birthday wishes meant even more at a time when my self esteem was at its lowest.

    Good news? I may not be ready to wear dresses but I am in the best shape ever and I thank lowcarbeating.com for the role it played and continues to play...in my progress and success.
