| Does anyone have instructions for calibrating a Salter food scale? Thanks |

| Salter makes dozens of different kinds of food scales. If you've lost your manual you might find it by searching on the web. In general, for most scales, you can do a rough calibration by using fishing weights. ( They're pretty accurate, actually. ) Your scale should read the weight of the lead weight you've placed on it. If it doesn't you can adjust from there.
