(I have not been to the Jailhouse Cafe since I started low carb over 5 years ago. My recollection is that it is essentially carb heaven with platter sized batter dipped chicken fried steak smothered in either cream gravy or queso cheese sauce with mashed potatoes and let us not forget those 1 to 2 pound gargantuan cinnamon rolls. I guess I don't have to think too hard about how I got to my starting weight. Since I wasn't interested at the time, I don't know if they also offer viable low carb options)

(Henry, you're right about those huge meals at the Jailhouse Cafe, but I'm pretty sure you can get bunless burgers with all the veggies, nice salads, etc. Those cinnamon rolls are really gargantuan! And the chicken fried steak can feed a small army. Haven't been there in years, we aren't usually in that part of town anymore when we're there.)
