I thought I would revive our VCO conversation.

Making delicious homemade chocolate candy that my entire family loves.

Using it to fry certain foods, imparts such a delicate flavor.

I'm still using it as a deordorant and it keeps holding & holding.

Has anyone found new uses for VCO?

LOL, BL. I see my reputation remains intact. Ya know, we should bring over that original thread from the old board.

I'm trying a little VCO in my dogs' food, and using a bit on a clipper rash on one of them. The rash happens to be on Token's, er, well let's just say her bottom. So applying VCO makes her quite interesting to other doggies

All kidding aside ladies, there's been a lot of hype about VCO lately. Does anyone have any experience as to it's effectiveness, benefit, etc.? (Does it have to be virgin? lol) Thanks,

kateryna, I haven't been using it long enough to notice any metabolic effects, if that's what you're referring to, but it certainly seems to have other fun uses...

I bumped up the first Coconut Oil thread we had on the new board, in case you missed it.
