 I'm not a big fan of being on the flashing side of a camera but what the heck. This is from June of 2003. I'm around 230 (225 now) which was about 80 lbs less than January of 2002. Please say hello to my wonderful Grandkids Kody and Kaylee. My wife and I took my daughter and the grandkids clothes shopping. They wanted to put him in a matching Raggidy Andy outfit but I saved him. LOL  HANG IN THERE!!! | Don, The only reason for you to be camera shy is if they dressed YOU in a Raggedy Ann outfit!!!  You look GREAT. Low carb eatings suits you incredibly...  Handing you a low carb spirit and toasting you ... CHEERS!!! & best wishes for continued low carb success!  |

| What the others have said. You're looking GOOD. I certainly envy those small ones. It will be some time before my children present me with grandchildren. At least now I'm low carb, I can look forward to seeing them. Way to go, Don!! |
