| Nat, I am impressed! Since school started I have been having difficulty getting my water in during the day. I try to drink 20 oz. before lunch and 20 at lunch. I then try to finish another 20 before 3:15 dismissal. I send lots of time after lunch needing to go to the potty. After I get home I try to take in 20 to 40 more oz. That means I am up 2 or 3 times a night  .Susan ( AKA Northwest) 207/176/160  |
