Legislation may go through making herbal suppliments much harder to get. I am writing my congressmen to protest. I want the freedom to chose for myself, whether to use herbal remedies or not. Part of the bill is worded so that if there is ONE bad report on an herb, they can ban it forever. This scares the pants off me.

It's the "Dietary Supplement Safety" act (S.722), introduced in the US Senate.

Thats' the National Nutritional Food Associatiion.
This bill, supposedly to "protect us" actually would subject nearly all vitamins, minerals, herbal products and other supplements to a FDA scrutiny.
