I can have junk food in my house. It doesn't phase me (hubby and niece/nephew eat it). I can pass it in any store. It doesn't phase me. My cheats are few, and mostly planned. I don't get cravings the next day, and I jump right back on track (tho still have trouble eating MORE veggies - I'm little! 5'3" - there's only so much food you can shove into a confined space!).

Someone I must have pissed off in a previous life must have gotten a job working for a candy company. Reese's were always a weakness for me. They started making inside out Peanut Butter Cups.

I picked it up, I looked at the carb count, I deducted the fiber, I put it in my cart, I paid for it, (along with some celery, carrots, green beans, and cabbage - go figure).

And then I ate it. The whole while I was eating it, my face was scrunched up, and sour looking, because I hadn't had a "real" candy bar since March, and it was very "thick" and overpowering. But I kept on eating it til it was gone.

I *wasted* an entire meals worth of carbs (19) on 2 peanut butter cups.

But yet, I passed up the new "Carb Smart" ice cream I found at the same grocery store, not 3 minutes before.

Ugh!
