Very interesting! I read every word. The funny thing is that a couple of the quotes from the medical experts actually support this WOE! Ya know, the one about fish and veggies, etc. So much of this plan is misuderstood!

I have joined WW at least 4 times in my past, and I have never stuck with it becuase I was HUNGRY all the time! Today, I actually had to force myself to eat lunch at 2:30PM, adn I had breakfast at 6:30AM. They have no clue!

That's what cracks me up the most--WW assertion that as soon as you go off LC, you'll regain the weight. Let's see...I've joined WW how many times in my life? At least 4 that I can think of right offhand. And here I still am dieting, obviously having gained weight when I went off WW. Let's face it, it's all about $$ WW is one of the most expensive plans you can do, and they are doing their best to protect that bottom line.

What I also find interesting is if you join WW, you will find they have a LC version! Talk about hypocritical.

I lost nearly 40 pounds on WW and have kept it off over two years. So why did I switch to LC back in May? Because I was sick and tired of counting every bloody little point for everything AND tired of being hungry so much of the time!

WW can keep their opinions AND their program. I'm with Atkins for good!

Ya know, it burns me too.......all these other "plans" but I know what works for me and I'm sticking to it. We can make little bits of progress just by being good ambassadors of this WOL and showing them our gorgeous bodies (to a certain point, LOL) WE know what's best. And all I can really think about is the health benefits. We'll outlive all of them, HAH!!!
