Hello guys,
I'm back, trying to solve a mystery: how can my body gain muscle strength,lose 0.70% body fat, and come to a (water) plateau that lasts for weeks? How can the body feel like a tower of strength on the musculoeskeletal level, lose fat, and retain water at the same time?
My only theory is constant consumption of bacon every single morning, to the tune of 6 to 10 strips. I've never eaten that much bacon, ever. That adds up to almost 1000mg of sodium. I did some research and learned bacon can be de-salted by soaking for 2 hours or more in cold water. So I desalt my bacon, getting my tongue adjusted to the flavor. I've already stopped feeling bloated.
Any insight you may have would be greatly appreciated
