Hey all you Chicagoans................be watching Channel 2 News next week. I'm going grocery shopping with Dorothy Tucker to show how you can low carb and not break the bank. I have my list already to go, and a list of tips on how to shop a little more frugally. I'm so excited about this because I am going to focus on THE VEGGIES!!!! (well and some meat too!!!)

I don't know which day it will air yet, but she said it would be next week. I'm going to record it. When I know which day and what time, I will definitely post it.

I hope I won't be too nervous and come off like a total patutie. Wish me luck!!!!

I think it's WBBM, it's for the local CBS affiliate. (Gregg, BC, Ilse, anyone from Chicagoland, that's right isn't it?) I think NBC is WMAQ and I know WGN is broadcast on cable. Not sure what ABC is. I'll ask Dorothy tomorrow for sure.
