Im looking for some sweet dessert like recipes for myself. I am currently on induction so I know I cant have grains.

I was also wondering if flax seed/almond/coconut meal/flour is allowed on induction??

I have already made my plans for a low carb Thanksgiving. As it will just be DW and me, for something special, I decided to make it a whole day of feasting, low carb style. I am planning on only 2 meals, a Brunch and Dinner.

For Brunch, I am going to bake a l/c blackberry crumb coffee cake and while it is cooling I will fix Eggs Sur Le Plat (whole eggs baked in a ramekin lined with bacon).

For Dinner, I will fix a boneless rib eye roast, baked dressing w/cranberry port gravy, cranberries & pearl onions stewed in port wine and beef broth, broccoli, and my Decadent Pecan Praline Pie that I haven't made in years.

(I will also have some l/c appetizers available in case I need a little something until dinner.)
Have you made your plans yet?
