The next holiday to shoot for is Valentines Day! I've never been a big fan of this day because it seems more often than not, I don't have a special someone on the special day. But guess what? I'm special, and SO ARE YOU! So join in, make a goal. It can be a goal weight, an activity goal, a behavioral goal, whatever YOU want to strive for in the next 7 weeks.
